To do a handstand properly, you must hold the weight over your head. You should hold your biceps tightly and then slowly lower them to the floor. o The handstand: You place one arm behind your head and the other behind your body. To hold the other arm up, you must stand parallel to the ground while simultaneously holding the other hand.
